Implant Supported Complete Denture (Two Implants)
Patient had a complete denture for over thirty years. His upper denture was fine but the lower denture was loose. Finance was tight.
The treatment was to place two implants and a bar. The lower denture incorporated a clip that helped in improving the stability of the prosthesis.
