Implant Supported Complete Denture (Four Implants)
Patient presented with advanced gum disease. The prognosis of her existing dentition was very poor. Her smile needed drastic improvement. The removal of all her teeth was performed.
The treatment of choice was to place 8 to 10 implants on the upper and 6 to 7 implants on the lower to give the patient a fixed bridge.
Due to financial limitation, the treatment was finalized with 4 implants on the lower and a clip retained and very stable lower implant retained denture with smile reconstruction.
