Office Hours and Appointments

It is most convenient for patients, staff and your prosthodontist to provide treatment during a scheduled appointment. Please telephone the office to schedule your appointment. You can expect us to be on time so we expect the same from you. Our regular hours are Monday, Thursday, and Friday from 8 AM to 6 PM. We will also adapt our schedule to respond to special requirements of our patients, including early morning, late evening or weekend appointments. In case of emergency please call the office immediately, we provide all day emergency dental care for our patients. To reschedule an existing appointment, please call us at least 24 hours in advance.

The First Appointment

The first appointment is a thorough diagnostic extra- and intra-oral exam, and a complete dental and medical history with the appropriate x-ray. In planning for dental implants, a CAT scan may be necessary to determine the availability of needed bone structure. In developing your specific treatment plan, a consultation with other dental or medical specialists may be required.

Treatment Plan Presentation

A complete diagnosis and the best treatment plan will be prepared and presented at this appointment. Other treatment alternatives may also be suggested. The advantages and disadvantages of each plan will be fully discussed. The proposed plan will include the different steps, the time needed, the number of appointments, the financial responsibilities, and the recall visits. A well-informed and completely healthy patient is our ultimate goal.

Recall Visits

To ensure long lasting restorations, a proper recall visit is very important. The frequency of recall will be determined case by case with your referring dentist or specialist who will perform your regular hygiene and cleaning services.
